Cooperative Creativity: The Journey of a Round Robin Quilt
An Exhibit at the South Shore Cultural Center
November 3-28, 2017
This exhibition celebrates our divergent styles and creative expression. Each round robin quilt is designed and executed by three to four different quilt artists. The quilters have different styles, varying experience levels and different creative expressions. All this complexity comes together to make dozens of beautiful quilts. The exhibit will display how over the past five years we have cycled through the development of quilts that use all the geometric shapes in perfect harmony. Starting from a small center square, the quilts evolve into works of beauty and function.
