Highlights for this very special year will include:
- New and historic quilts of all sizes displayed, selected quilts for sale
- Raffle quilts, raffle baskets, silent auction
- Tea room refreshments for sale
- Musical accompaniment
- Fabric Challenge awards
- Vendors with fiber arts for sale, including Lakeside Quilting Guild Booth
Quilters who wish to display their quilts do so for free. Quilts may be completed quilts they have made, historic or collected quilts, challenge quilts, and works in progress. All participants need to complete a registration form for each quilt entered. Forms are available for download HERE. Registration forms are due by February 20, 2015.
Anyone offering quilts for sale will split the proceeds with UCHP: 80% of the proceeds go to the quilt exhibitor and 20% to the Church.
There is a limit of 12 quilts per person.
Those who will to participate as a vendor may rent a table for a flat fee, $40 small $60 for two. Vendors keep proceeds of sales.
